Fundraising Incentive Prizes
The top fundraiser for the Nautica Malibu Triathlon will have a choice of one the following two luxurious family vacations:
A four nights, five day stay at the Barceló La Jolla de Mismaloya in Puerto Vallarta. This five star resort – where luxury is understood as the main idea has excellent service, a Mexican flair, entertainment, history, beautiful landscapes, lush vegetation, privacy and elegance. The package includes round trip airfare for four from Los Angeles International Airport to Puerto Vallarta and accommodation for four nights in a two-room villa.

A four night, five day stay at Pueblo Bonito-Rose in Cabo San Lucas. This resort features all suites, each with its own private balcony/terrace and kitchenette for dining and entertainment and an ocean view. The package includes round trip airfare for four from Los Angeles International Airport to Cabo San Lucas and accommodation for four nights in a two-room villa.
The second highest fundraiser for the Nautica Malibu Triathlon will receive a two night stay for four guests at The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, CA. The package includes accommodation for four guests in a 2,000 square foot villa with two bedrooms, fireplace a one-car garage, two rounds of golf and a golf cart.
The third highest fundraiser for the Nautica Malibu Triathlon will receive a Dell Vostro Laptop computer. With flexible technology and service options, wireless connectivity, and AMD processors packed into a compact system, the Dell Vostro 1000 gives you the essential mobility that will get you going places!
In accordance with I.R.S. rulings, all prizes awarded in conjunction with a charitable fundraising activity may be subject to tax reporting on Form 1099. All fundraisers will receive a Form 1099 for any incentive prizes with a FMV (Fair Market Value) of $600 or greater. A completed and signed Form W-9 must be submitted prior to release of your prize. For professional advice, please consult your tax professional. Fundraising prizes can not be exchanged for cash and travel destinations are non-transferable.
